Factors that determine Cruelty-Free:

A company, in order to call themselves "Cruelty-Free," SHOULD not:

1. tests on animals
2. obtain supplies from suppliers who test on animals
3. allow third-parties to test on animals in the company's name
4. test on animals when required by law
5. sell in mainland China or other countries where it's required by law

If a company does any of the above, it is NOT a cruelty-free company.
